AeroThrust is historically the largest company in the world remanufacturing and overhauling the Pratt & Whitney JT8D family of jet aircraft engines, for domestic and international airlines and the US government. In 2005 the Company diversified into the CFM-56 product line

First Equity is a financial advisory and investment firm. National Airmotive Corporation was the largest independent remanufacturer of Rolls Royce / Allison aircraft engines in the United States.
