Don’t you get it? Hey, Hugh Hewitt, Captain Ed, Roger Simon, Powerline guys. The 90′s were: everybody lies about sex. The 00′s are: everybody lies about Vietnam.

Doncha see, it felt like Kerry was in Cambodia, it felt like he was getting shot at by the South Vietnamese, it felt like Nixon was President. Because War is Wrong, man, wrong.

It’s no worse than Bush, man. He lied. Where are the WMD’s? We should be going after Al Qaeda, not Iraq — Bush had to make up for his daddy. Bush lied. So what’s the big deal about Kerry? That war was so immoral, man.

It’s like Michael Moore, man. Sure he got some facts mixed up. Who wouldn’t, when the Bushes are trying to cover up everything? But he’s advancing the cause, man. Same with Kerry. He’s on the right side of the issues; why are you bugging him about little details. That’s so Republican, man.

Therefore, we should not be surprised at the collective ho-hum in the elite media about Kerry’s Christmas fantasy. That’s old news. Can’t you just move on?
