We’re delighted to hear that Ralph Nader in now officially on the Florida ballot, according to a ruling by the fabulous Florida Supreme Court. Nader, who received 97,000 votes in 2000 as the Green Party Candidate, will be on the Reform Party ticket this year. He is expected to be listed as the candidate of the Party for Constitutional Mayhem in 2008.

We agree with Rich Galen that Judge Saul provided some of the most riveting television during the recount in 2000, and can’t wait to see him in action again.

We understand that recounts of the 2004 results have already begun in two counties, and are expected to spread to the rest of the state as hurricane season wanes.
