Roger Simon, the First Mate, and the Blogosphere
One down and one to go. We are thankful that Roger is back and sounds good, and more than a little grateful that he is not posting pictures of his gall baldder. And our prayers and hopes are with Captain Ed and the First Mate as they await her pancreas transplant.
Most of the time we’re yawping about politics here at Dinocrat, and that’s a lot of fun — that is a main function of the blogosphere. But the blogosphere, or at least parts of it, are a sort of community too, and so we find that we care about what is happening in the lives of people we’ve never met and didn’t have a clue about even a year ago. It’s a good thing. So we are thankful for that as we ask for some blessings on the lives of folks we have never met.
