Photo from the morgue
Get a load of the caption on this photo from AP:
Exiled Saudi dissident Osama bin Laden is seen in this April 1998 file photo in Afghanistan.
Al-Jazeera aired an audiotape purportedly from Osama bin Laden on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006,
saying al-Qaida is making preparations for attacks in the United States
but offering a truce to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan.
“Exiled Saudi dissident” — are you kidding? That photo may be from the morgue in more ways than one. The reporting doesn’t show any greater signs of life. (HT: LGF)
UPDATE
Michelle Malkin points us to an American Thinker piece showing that “truce” means buying time for the believers to improve their position to attack the infidels once again.
