We wrote about the apology ads below, and Agora has pointed us to a denial by the Jyllands-Posten editor that the newspaper ran the ads. Somebody paid for them. It might tell us something very interesting about the political context of the cartoon controversy if we knew who paid for fraudulent apology ads in Arab papers. Perhaps someone will investigate this.
