Ahmadinejad’s Good Friday message
AP used to call this story Iran Leader: Israel Will Be Annihilated, but has since changed the title to something more soothing and sensitive: Iran President Again Lashes Out at Israel. We’ll let you be the judge as to which is the more appropriate title. Here is what the Great Man of Iran had to say:
“Like it or not, the Zionist regime is heading toward annihilation,” Ahmadinejad said at the opening of a conference in support of the Palestinians. “The Zionist regime is a rotten, dried tree that will be eliminated by one storm.”
We think that message is pretty clear. Crank up the centrifuges and eliminate the Zionist entity in one nuclear storm!

We are fascinated with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who seems to be the real deal, the Authentic Man of Islamic Violence. We can appreciate the high stakes game he is playing, and we can understand why he thinks he just might win it. After all, militant Islam has been on the march and victorious in Iran since 1979, when feckless Carter showed America to be a headless chicken against the mighty men of the Islamic Republic. The men of the West, with the weak, womanly ways of infidels, almost always cower before the believers.
Why should the believers fear the cowards of the West? The EU will gladly practice self-deception about Iran’s nukes and believe the flimsiest of lies, as long as they can prolong their delusion. The West fails to do anything about Iranian sponsorship of Hezbollah and Hamas and their overt terrorism.
The elite institutions of the West — the universities and the MSM — bow and scrape before the men of Islamic violence. All it takes is a few Cartoon Riots by men of Islam, and the weak sisters at CNN and the New York Times and the elite colleges trip over themselves to be the first to self-censor. These dhimmis seem ready enough to pay the Jizya and show proper deference to Muslims, as the Prophet declared.
Even the mighty Bush dares not utter a word against true religion. Men of faith like Zacarias Moussaoui are free to declare that they are doing the work of Allah, and the weak men of the West dare not challenge their religion. Meanwhile, sharia continues to spread throughout Europe, and the West bows down in respect to “diversity”.
We understand why Mahmoud Ahmadinejad feels secure enough to publicly declare his intention to see Israel “eliminated by one storm”. Why should he think there will be any reprisal at all, or only of the most episodic, inconstant sort, if he brings nuclear annihilation to Israel? His experience — indeed, our own experience — is that the West has been in fact too decadent to respond in any serious way to today’s totalitarian challenge. From appearances, the odds seem to be with Ahmadinejad and his men of Islam who love death.
We find ourselves quite pessimistic today. We doubt that the West has the ability to awaken before a catastrophic cost is paid. We find ourselves thinking that before Easter, there had to be Good Friday.

I also am in a very pessimistic mood these days, especially over the Iran-Israel problem. It seems obvious to me that Ahmadinejad is being deadly serious when he says that Israel will be annihilated, and that the means to this end will be the Iranian nuclear weapons program. I wrote a short article about this problem on American Thinker today. I plainly see another holocaust happening in our lifetimes, if we do not act now against the Iranian regime and its nuclear ambitions. As an American, as a westerner, and as a Jew with relatives in Israel, the anger and anguish I feel at this moment is beyond words. We must take action. To allow Ahmadinejad to carry out his threats would not only plunge the Middle East, and perhaps the world, into war and chaos, it will be one of the darkest moments in human history and a stain that could never be erased from the honor and humanity of the United States and all western nations.

I share your feelings. Today I visited Vanderleun’s American Digest - a regular on my circuit. A stunningly
beautiful “Cross of the Anchoress” accompanied by words from Eliot. I burst into tears, I had been listening to the “Generals” and/or their spokesmen all day. I listening to a “gay parent” who was making a fuss about not be “invited” to an open to the public egg roll at the
WH. I’m hooked on the threads at Just One Minute in covering the Libby/Plame/Wilson/rogue CIA/rouge State/mendacious LSM/Powell/Armitage//////////.
And the comparison to what is Holy Week and the Passover and what these days are for just shat all over
by the DEMS.
Isn’t Iran smirking with the “dump Rumsfeld” cant going on here.
At a time of great threat - the LEFT only wants to futher weaken us. They de-boy our boys with ritalin and no contact/ everybody wins “games”. No need to
continue the listing.
To be Easter there must be a Good Friday.
But what Good Friday shall I pray for. Who gets sacrificed? The best of us, those with the honor and courage to stand our guard, to weaken the line that the
“moist men” are the only left to breed.
The only senario that I can even imagine praying for
is Iran to make a mistake in the Straits - something that threatens the flow of oil. $100/120/140/150 a barrel and even the Euros will be ready to go to war.
I very much need something to pray for. When you have children and grandchildren it can never just be about today.

Massive, out-of-control “legal” and illegal immigration is a similar catastrophe in the making, both for Europe and the U.S.
It is possible that G. W. Bush, wife of Vicente Fox, may prevail over Iran–but even if he does, chances are good that a civil war, a race war, and “Balkanization,” will take down the U.S. What the Islamists might yet fail to do–to us–looks more likely to be done by the neo-Nazi public schools, the neo-Nazi organized “Christian” religions (including the Catholic Church & Cardinal Mahoney), the neo-Nazi “mainstream media,” the neo-Nazi “Latino” organizations, and the globalist, open-borders, “new world disorder,” new-Nati-onal Socialist American Workers’ Party (includes both republicans and democrats).
Meanwhile, President Limpwrist brazenly asserts that immigrants/”guest workers” are needed “to do the work Americans will not do.” This descended descendant of inherited wealth, this “pompous male slut,” has, like a number of so-called senators, never had to do real, physical, on-the-job work, for far less than “$50/hour, the entire season.” Virtually everything he has came about as the result of what was given to him merely by virtue of birth–none of it was earned the “hard way”–it was given, including various connections to opportunity, wealth, and power. “Easy come, easy go.”
The “barbarians at the gates” are already well established and widely spread within. The U.S. will fall from within–politically, it already has, as shown by recent (and ongoing) massive demonstrations promoted by racist, ethnic chauvinist “Latinos,” the Spanish language mass media, the public schools, G. Soros, the Catholic Church, various politicians, and others.
And our senators cower and shake.

A great American once said, “I didn’t leave the Democratic party. The Democratic party left me.” I can tell you that the Republican party has left me. Unfortunately, there is no place for me to go.
Our enemies mass against us. We are afraid to even identify them as enemies. We get lost in debate about workers, amnesty, jobs Americans won’t do, and racism. Meanwhile, our borders are virtually nonexistent. Our country has become a whore concerned only with her next trick.
To republicans in office, I say, “Do something”! There is no need to try to protect your jobs. It is already too late for that. Our once confident president now seems to be afraid to make a real stand on anything. There is no way republicans will maintain a majority. I used to think, ” Things will be different when republicans have the white house and congress”. How wrong I was.
We as a nation are now completely controlled by fear. Fear of being called racists. Fear of appearing intolerant of a terrorist “religion”. Fear of what the UN might think. I was fooled into voting for a party which I thought would have some backbone. It is too late for us now. We have allowed our own destruction. We have paralyzed ourselves.
