We wish him a speedy recovery, but he seems to be doing quite well already from surgery to relieve symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. TIME:

Kinsley’s surgery took place on July 12 and went fine. His first words were, “Well, of course, when you cut taxes, government revenues go up. Why couldn’t I see that before?”

The inventor of that operation should be given a Nobel Prize. Come to think of it, the Nobel Prize Committee should be given the operation.
