The fantasy world of the headless chicken

Ayatollah Khomeini’s son said that Jimmy Carter behaved like a headless chicken — a point we’ve commented on before, and that perhaps takes on additional meaning given the head-chopping tactics of the enemy. In any event, the headless chicken is at it again. Many others have commented on Carter’s perverted moral compass; we’ll let him speak about politics:

I think I represent the vast majority of Democrats in this country. I think there is a substantial portion of American people that completely agree with me….I’ve been lucky in my life. Everything that I’ve done has brought great pleasure and gratification to me and my wife. I had four years in the White House — it was not a failure.

Carter may well be right that he represents “the vast majority of Democrats in this country.” As for his views of what constitutes “failure,” we’ll leave that to you and to history to decide.

    Hehe,

“I had four years in the White House — it was not a failure.”

Richard Nixon received a lot of analysis for his statement: “I am not a crook.”

Contrast and compare, now finish your homework ;)

Perhaps the transcriber misunderstood the mushy accent.

This character went to Annapolis, he knows how to diagram a sentence.

“I” is the only correct pronoun for that spot.
