We wrote The Case of the Politically Incorrect DNA a couple of weeks into this case. How right we were. The defense team has found even more that had been concealed and kept from the defense team. This report courtesy of Durham in Wonderland:

today’s motion reveals that they have uncovered even more DNA—from additional unidentified males—that Meehan’s amended report failed to include….How is it possible that this case is still ongoing, and that a criminal investigation of Nifong has not been opened in its stead?
