A couple of points: (a) the Des Moines Register poll, in conflict with others, turns out to have been very good, even understating results (apparently new caucus goers were even greater than the high total that poll anticipated); (b) having said that, isn’t it a little premature to say that Obama’s impressive win will likely “slingshot him to the nomination and the White House” at this early moment?; and (c) bob Novak’s bunny has a good nose — at least on the Democrat side.
