oil prices have dropped sharply in recent weeks, plunging from highs of more than $145 a barrel. Crude-oil futures dropped $4.90 to $126.14 a barrel in New York Tuesday as Tropical Storm Dolly appeared likely to steer clear of major oil-drilling and transport hubs in the Gulf of Mexico.

Oil has fallen over $21 or around 14% in a couple of weeks. Does it mean anything, or just another head fake?
