Every little bit helps
Reuters reports that oil has finally traded under $100:
London Brent fell $4.54 to $99.04 a barrel — the first time world oil prices have traded in the double digits since April 2 — before trimming losses to settle down $3.10 to $100.34 a barrel.
When oil crossed $100 on the way up last April, one analyst said: “It is a bull run — stay out of their way. Even if you are the only sane person in the asylum, there’s nothing you can do about it.” A lot of wealth has been both created and destroyed over the last six months.
