Politicians, lawyers and/or thugs that should be prosecuted, are left off the hook. All sorts of evil is allowed, as long as it is done in the "properly connected" circles. So if the government isn't sticking it to you enough, their mob like cronies and underlings will get you on the other end. Selective enforcement is a concern, but the break down of justice is my bigger rational "fear". Not only is there what government can do TO you directly, but there is harm by omission.
