This is your government on drugs

AP:

The U.S. Homeland Security secretary says she is working to prevent a possible wave of anti-Muslim sentiment after the shootings at Fort Hood in Texas. Janet Napolitano says her agency is working with groups across the United States to try to deflect any backlash against American Muslims following Thursday’s rampage by Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a Muslim who reportedly expressed growing dismay over the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The shootings left 13 people dead and 29 wounded.

Whatever.

A backlash against muslims will be the best thing for our grandchildren

Janet Napolitano should be investigating the Muslim Mafia instead of taking her “que” from them.

In the end, people are people. The Muslim community needs to come out of the closet on this Allah Akbar stuff and publicly throttle it. For them to sit quiet is seen by others as supporting those “extremist” beliefs. Let’s face facts, this “extremism” has been going on for hundreds of years. Islam needs a reformation.

Maybe Janet should read what his imam says in print before she jumps to conclusions.

We are at war with an enemy whose name we will not mention for fear of giving offense. Mad magazine would have passed on such an absurd story.

in the west, jews suffer by far the most hate crime attacks, not muslims; since 9/11 attacks on muslims have gone down – not up; tyhey have gone up against jews.

napolitano’s misplaced concern mirrors the left’s misplaced concern re: nuclear arsenals/disarmament; AGW; the “healthcare/health-insurance CRISIS!”; and their claim that iraq was lost and their pseudo counter-argument that afghanistan was the true central front in the GWOT and iraq a diversion.

nothing the left focuses on is real.

leftism – like jihad- ia a fantasy ideology.

Lacking the aforementioned Muslim reformation, we had better not see Jihadist suicide bombings in the USA. That would excite reprisals, and the media (those who had not been personally hurt) would go nuts proclaiming martyrs. America has done the same thing that other countries have done, probably since early times: import an underclass of workers from impoverished societies to do “the work we won’t do”. The result has always been a permanent resident pissed-off underclass, and when said underclass has access to powerful weapons, nasty results are inevitable. Most recently, countries like this are: England, Germany, France, Israel, Netherlands, even Canada. Betcha the Romans did it too.
