I don’t think it’s narcissism at all but a realization that he is not actually able to perform the job, and an ego that refuses to allow him to acknowledge any shortcoming, learn from mistakes, or ask for help. I’ve had the misfortune of hiring a couple of clunkers like him in the course of my career. They talk a good line, but the results are lacking, the situation never improves, and it’s someone else’s fault.

The hard choices are never made. Stands are never taken. Responsibility is never acknowledged. Vote for Obama in 2012, for four more years of it’s all Bush’s fault.

This man (or at least his handlers) know exactly what to say that is the truth while bordering on the absolutely crazy. Here’s the truth part: To keep up the narrative (can’t give others the chance to say he wasn’t) he was born on the Pacific. No other US president was. So he truthfully is the first Pacific president.
The crazy part is by saying this he places himself (once again) in the category of the president with the most firsts. The only person who needs this much adolation is a Narcissist. (Can we say the “N” word here?) Twelve-step programs have a phrase for people like this: his majesty the baby.

As usual, Obama is simply lying. W was very closely working with all of the major multilateral organizations in the Pacific region, as well as with most in all the other major regions of the world. But, the narrative has been shaped by 8 years of bogus stories in the press, so Obama just keeps being able to spin the same old fable. Pathetic.

One would have expected that being elected president would leave Obama fulfilled, no longer needing to put down others to demonstrate his own worth. In fact one would even expect a little humility to creep in — a person can afford humility when they’re at the top of the heap. But one would be wrong: Obama has learned no humility and apparently feels the need to put down others. It’s a sad reality that might have roots in the manner in which his father abandoned him or his growing up in a racially divided setting where he apparently felt he was getting shorted all the time. Yet in truth he benefited from affirmative action programs and the wealth of Saudi benefactors to an extent that would overwhelm the average person. If the press would only do their job we would be treated to some really delicious analyses of the current resident of the White House. F
