Apparently Osama bin Laden has no information that the US might find useful and hence doesn’t need to be asked any questions if apprehended. The Hill:
Sen. Patrick Leahy…said that arguments raised by Republican senators about whether bin Laden would be afforded Miranda rights if he were captured amount to a “red herring.” “The red herring that my friend Lindsey Graham was covering is not realistic,” Leahy said…”For one thing, capturing Osama bin Laden — we’ve had enough on him, we don’t need to interrogate him”…

Leaky Leahy probably hopes Osama Obama is killed instead of captured. After all the nickname Leaky came from leaking national security secrets. Wouldn’t surprise me if he is the NYSlimes consistant source.
