Rasmussen: “45% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for the Republican in their district’s congressional race if the election were held today, while 38% would choose the Democrat instead.” Bloomberg: “48 percent of likely voters say they’d choose a Democrat compared with 41 percent who would back a Republican.”
So Rasmussen has 38% support for Democrats in the generic Congressional poll, and Bloomberg has 48%. Rasmussen discloses his sample, which slightly favors R’s. We can’t find the Bloomberg sample. (The Bloomberg poll has some other serious flaws as well.) In any event, feel free to take your pick.
Extra special bonus rubbish from the Bloomberg poll: Americans say they are now better off than they were four years ago!
